You can help translate WordPress to your language by logging in to the translation platform with your WordPress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ account and suggesting translations (more details).

Want to help in managing and validating translations? Get in touch with the existing language team and follow the glossaries & style guides if the team has them.

A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ sites. Joomla has a page of its registered translation teams and their informations such as translation team’s official pages and where to download the localized packages.

  Yes I see that page. That page include the list of translation teams. But not all of them have 100% translated language pack, not all of them have localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ site. And That page is not in a standard format. Anyone can edit it and write anything they want.
  I mean a page only for 100% tranlated languages and their locale sites. It should be in the following format:
  Language Name : Burmese(Myanmar)
  WP Locale :my_MM

  Locale site Address : mya.wordpress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users.   Description : This is the WordPress localized version for Burmese (Myanmar).

      We function as a community of adults and should be able to perform the task of policing ourselves, which sends us right back to the Codex. It is extremely important to understand that there are no higher-ranked polyglots here (and certainly not me; my role is janitorial).
      
      All in all, I think that the polyglots should debate this as a whole, and that it should not be addressed to me specifically, as if I was the one with power to decide in its name, as I am not.
      
      What I will do, is respect whatever consensus is technically possible and do everything in my power to see it implemented.

        If that so, I have a new Idea for it.
        First We have three page for localizationLocalization Localization (sometimes shortened to "l10n") is the process of adapting a product or service to a particular language, culture, and desired local "look-and-feel." information.

        This three pages have a lists of localization teams and not all are same. It make users confuse which is which.
        
        So We need to classify all these into three groups
        
        First is Currently Forming Localization teams – in this list should include only the information about localization teams which is not 100% translated. Should remove others completed translation teams’ information. Currently working validators should do it.
        
        Second is Localization Teams – in this list should include only the information about localization teams which is 100% completed translation. Should remove not 100% completed teams’ information. Current Team Leader or validators should do it.
        
        Third is WordPress in Your Language – in this list, All information should be in the format I proposed. And All administrator of localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ sites should go to https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_in_Your_Language and fill the information.

        And since anyone can edit Codex, you can totally go ahead and update the information for Burmese into the format that you have proposed… and see if other localizationLocalization Localization (sometimes shortened to "l10n") is the process of adapting a product or service to a particular language, culture, and desired local "look-and-feel." teams like it and start adopting the format proposed by you 😉
