Admin Menu’s Most Recent: a need for various forms

Okay, okay, I know it’s late in the process, we’re deeeeep into string freezeString freeze The term "string freeze" is used by the core team to mark the end of changes to the strings of an upcoming release. A string freeze also means that there will be no more strings added to the core project. Sometimes a string freeze has two phases a soft freeze and a hard freeze. A string freeze is announced on the Polyglots blog by the current release lead., and RC3 means the final release is around the corner.

Still, I did a proof-reading of as many stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings. in context for the fr_FR translation, and stumbled upon this: the Most Recent strings in the /wp-admin/nav-menus.php is applied to both Articles and Pages, and in French, these needs to be different, ‘cos one is masculine, and the other feminine.

Sadly, unlike in other parts of the POT where there is differenciation a-plenty, there is none to be found here. Currently, the translation applies the feminine form to Article, while it should masculine (“Les plus récent” instead of “Les plus récentes”).

Hence, two questions I have. First one to other translators: do you also have this issue in this language? Second, to Zé and other coreCore Core is the set of software required to run WordPress. The Core Development Team builds WordPress.-team member: could a quick change be made, or should we wait for 3.1.1?
