 3. OK i just found when activating WordPress Importer pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece
of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website.
They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress
plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with
WordPress. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory [https://wordpress.org/plugins/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/)
or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party. it breaks the above stringString
A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude
of localized strings. translation. (it turns from arabic to english).
 4. When plugin deactivated everything is fine. is that a normal situation ?

     * It’s a bug. Seems to be present in other importers too. register_importer()
function is called before the language file is loaded.
     * Now that importers are not included in the coreCore Core is the set of software
required to run WordPress. The Core Development Team builds WordPress., I’m
not sure about where exactly this should be reported. On [https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/](https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/),
       perhaps?

        - OK, I’ve created a ticket: [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/16012](https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/16012)
        - BTW, currently importer translations are not installed automatically with
the plugins. You need to prepare them in GlotPressGlotPress GlotPress is
the translation management software that powers [Translate.WordPress.org](http://translate.wordpress.org).
More information is available at [glotpress.org](http://glotpress.org/).
and then export and install manually.

        - Importer bugs should be reported in the coreCore Core is the set of software
required to run WordPress. The Core Development Team builds WordPress. tracTrac
Trac is the place where contributors create issues for bugs or feature requests
          much like GitHub.[https://core.trac.wordpress.org/](https://core.trac.wordpress.org/).
