Persian package name with something illegal!??

وردپرس فارسی ۳ نگارش استاد “بیژن کامکار”

They have changed name of wordpress3 Thelonious to WordPress3 bijan-kamkar. In my opinion is kind of disgusting. Because:
1. I think nobody have right to change the package name because of translation. GPL2 or GPL3.
2. Bijan-Kamkar Was never a Persian musicer he is a Kurdish Legend (self and The Kamkars family) for every Kurdish people in World.

WP-Persian package contains some minor modifications to Wordress files, a language file and a pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party. This package does not make any changes to WordPress name when installed, in addition there is no change to WordPress name in our language files.

After each WordPress release, we publish our WP-Persian package in honor of one of Persian Speaking (Iranian, Tajik, Afghan, …) famous persons. We consider everyone who speaks Persian, not only Iranians.

2. Bijan Kamkars Was never-ever a Persian musician, even that is not my point. if you think, that all the people inside Iran are Iranian, that is another case. but there you distribute a Farsi language file not iranian language file.

Thank you for your comment.

1. We didn’t change any names, we just announce the release of each WP-Persian package in honor of someone.

2. It’s not important to us if Bijam Kamkar is Iranian or not, he is a Persian (Farsi) speaking person and we honor people who are Persian (Farsi) speakers regardless of their nationality.

2. heheh, i can speaking also Arabic, Turkish, Danish, German and little bit English. that mean I am all these nations.
