# Suggestions for posting policy

What to post – Status update, Blog Post, Quote or Link?

 * For short questions, updates and stuff – use “Status Update”
 * For instructions, informational posts (like this one), use “Blog Post”
 * “Quotes” are quotes. Haven’t found a use for this one yet…
 * “Links” are for really cool stuff on the web that can help our community

Remember to tag posts! If the update is about something specific to a localeLocale
Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code,
for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales
supported by WordPress in [https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/),
tag it with that locale (ie “nb_NO”)
