Found a bugbug A bug is an error or unexpected result. Performance improvements, code optimization, and are considered enhancements, not defects. After feature freeze, only bugs are dealt with, with regressions (adverse changes from the previous version) being the highest priority.? Create a ticket in the bug tracker.
Want to contribute? Get started quickly with tickets marked as good first bugs for new contributors or join a bug scrub. There’s more on the reports page, like patches needing testing, and on feature projects page.

Isn’t that rather simple – No need for meetings and a lot of talk over the span of months.

Set up some kind of feed, which you probably already have. And have every account on wordpress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org//com that’s marked as a theme or pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party dev opt-in/out for email notifications.
So, that’s basically the existing system.

Next to that, create a plugin people can install on their site that also gets stuff from that feed. Not a jetpack module, not everyone uses that.
Then from there, this can be a simple box in the dashboard with a rss feedRSS Feed RSS is an acronym for Real Simple Syndication which is a type of web feed which allows users to access updates to online content in a standardized, computer-readable format. This is the feed., but also may include emails sent by the persons site when something important happens. Or a dashboard notification or ticker in the adminadmin (and super admin) bar.

And there could be an option/feature in the WordPress app that notifies people on their phones for this kind of thing.
