These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party names. Pretty much everyone who was approved this weekend and on has this issue.

Thanks for these updates! I noticed some different problems yesterday.

I encountered account logouts on the support forums, after having committed to the svn repo of an old pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party (readme updates) on January 11 (around 06:00 – 10:00 UTC). Committing worked without issues btw. Also, my account was seen as ‘Anonymous’ in the forums and from time to time this was the case for other accounts as well.

Still not working for me, same error as @frankkung.

I also open this ticket: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cant-commit-on-plugin-repository-e165001?replies=1 so the issue is in the server side.

  Actually no, you have a totally different error. Your code is incorrect and is hitting our pre-commit checks.
  
  Please do not open forum posts for those things. You can email us at plugins AT wordpress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ and we can explain it, but we don’t see the forum posts so we’re likely to miss them.
  
  tl;dr – The pre-commit hook is probably right, you most likely have some incorrect code.
