The two Team Reps elected will replace [@clarkeemily](https://profiles.wordpress.org/clarkeemily/) and myself ([@flixos90](https://profiles.wordpress.org/flixos90/)) in these roles. Since we’re aiming to elect two reps, you can vote for up to two people. ## About the Team RepTeam Rep A Team Rep is a person who represents the Make WordPress team to the rest of the project, make sure issues are raised and addressed as needed, and coordinates cross-team efforts. role [Full details on the Team Rep role are available here](https://make.wordpress.org/updates/team-reps/). The main functions of the Team Reps are to: * Serve as representatives of the Team to the rest of the WordPress project. * Ensure that issues raised within the Team that could affect other teams as well as the broader WordPress project are communicated as needed. * Assist with coordinating any necessary cross-team efforts. * Coordinate recurring team meetings. * Post a quarterly update on the Team’s work on the [team updates blog](https://make.wordpress.org/updates/). The role is intentionally called _“Team Rep”_ rather than _“Team Lead”_ because it is primarily an administrative position.
