Call for Testing: WPiOS 9.0

WordPress for iOSiOS The operating system used on iPhones and iPads. version 9.0 betaBeta A pre-release of software that is given out to a large group of users to trial under real conditions. Beta versions have gone through alpha testing in-house and are generally fairly close in look, feel and function to the final product; however, design changes often occur as part of the process. is available for testing on TestFlight. What to Test:

1. General Improvements

  • Aztec Editor: Clearer distinction between visual and HTMLHTML HTML is an acronym for Hyper Text Markup Language. It is a markup language that is used in the development of web pages and websites. editing modes
  • Aztec Editor: Improve automatic link detection
  • Aztec Editor: Adds support for editing posts while uploading media
  • Aztec Editor: Allow Media Search From Post
  • Hybrid Editor: We’ve removed the hybrid editor from the App
  • Legacy Editor: We’ve removed the legacy editor from the App

2. Several Bug Fixes

  • Bug Fix: Crash when tapping the help button after failing to sign in with Google
  • Bug Fix: Jetpack comments don’t load in followed sites feed
  • Bug Fix: Can’t like on iPhone when visiting post from reader
