Agenda: Global marketing meeting 25 August 2021

This week the meeting will be abridged and last 30 mins due to people being away and the pandemic. It will take place in the Marketing channel on the Make WordPress SlackSlack Slack is a Collaborative Group Chat Platform https://slack.com/. The WordPress community has its own Slack Channel at https://make.wordpress.org/chat/., at 14:00 UTC. This week’s meeting on Wednesday will be facilitated by @lmurillom and @vimes1984. Thanks to everyone who contributed to the agenda and last week’s tasks/ work.

The coffee break is held every two weeks. Currently it is held on every-other Thursday at 18:30. The link will be posted in the Marketing Slack channel before the event.

:calendar: The marketing team has a Google Calendar that lists meetings, collaborations and social activities. If you are using Microsoft Outlook, you can follow this guide to embed Team’s Calendar in your own calendar.

The team is continuing to support Learn WordPress, Polyglots survey findings, and promoting the latest WordPress release.

Contributor support sessions for early 2021 – open to those returning to the team and wanting a refresher and to those who have pledged to contribute under Five for the Future.
