The Core Development Team builds WordPress. & Artificial Intelligence. 42. “As the WordPress community delves into the integration of AI, there are important questions to consider. How should the Core be updated to ensure it can be extended in ways that are accessible to AI technologies? This entails creating entry points and structures that allow seamless integration of AI capabilities into plugins and themes. Additionally, it is crucial to evaluate how Core currently enables or hinders developers’ efforts in building with AI. Identifying any limitations or areas for improvement can help ensure a smoother development process. Finally, it is important for the community to be aware of potential concerns as they explore the intersection of WordPress and AI. These concerns may include ethical considerations, data privacy, and the potential impact of AI on user experiences. Open and transparent discussions within the community will be vital in navigating these challenges and ensuring responsible and effective AI integration within WordPress.” 43. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/99bf05cdd68ef7c0a0baa477b0da077e19c183b76b0352d3a8c36ac08196a9fb? s=32&d=initials&r=g&initials=AU) 44.
