b. Volunteer for our bi-weekly coffee break (GitHub GitHub is a website that offers online implementation of git repositories that can easily be shared, copied and modified by other developers. Public repositories are free to host, private repositories require a paid subscription. GitHub introduced the concept of the ‘pull request’ where code changes done in branches by contributors can be reviewed and discussed before being merged be the repository owner. https://github.com/ card #23). How you can get involved with the planning and weekly meetings
Each meeting week has its own card on the Tasks board in the WordPress Marketing Repository.
You can add suggestions for the agenda, link to updates on GitHub tickets/ cards or Google documents.
You can give an asynchronous update on a task if you are unlikely to be able to attend the team meeting. The team works across the different time zones, and all contributions are very welcome. To add to a GitHub card, you just need to have a GitHub account, which is free to set up.
