e) Short Demonstration of the Post Revision Tool

Update from: Courtney

  • Whenever there’s a major version release, many things need to be updated.
  • As part of that, we now have a way to stage articles being revised without overriding what is currently live. This enables us to work ahead on content that should go live with a release.
  • So a short video has been created to explain How to use Revisions Extended plugin on LearnWP.
  • It is now available in HelpHub & DevHub for #docs use.
  • Both #training and #docs will continue to work together around our audit needs.

Actions:

  • Think about how the Marketing team could benefit from a tool like this, such as the idea Courtney shared on Slack.
