What is going well? Storyboards and basic usage for interviews being worked out. Editing will depend on availability of colleague Dan Maby as we are still in post-WCLDN completion period.

A quick reference checklist document is to be created at the end.
There is guidance coming on WordPress/ WordCamps and GDPR which will need to be incorporated. Flickr rules may be changing with the buy out this week.

Issues with Google versions of the document, a Google issue on access permissions changing, and accidental amendments of the shared document have caused some delay on the progress of this. Suggestions on updating shared documents in the Marketing team during particular phases, for example, final fact-checking/ revisionsRevisions The WordPress revisions system stores a record of each saved draft or published update. The revision system allows you to see what changes were made in each revision by dragging a slider (or using the Next/Previous buttons). The display indicates what has changed in each revision. phase have been suggested to be used by the group, similar to the practice in commercial / organisational environments to minimise such issues occurring in future and the knock-on effect on time and resources, and to ensure all contributions are valued and factual items (eg requirements by Central or a social media platform) are not deleted/ changed out of context or in error and thereby potentially not spotted when the document moves to publication. This would also be more similar to the process used by teams, such as, coreCore Core is the set of software required to run WordPress. The Core Development Team builds WordPress. rather than everyone who comes across the link on a general web search being able to alter, delete part or all of the text, which then automatically saves as the new version on the Drive.
At present, paper and electronic copies of previous versions of the document are being checked against the currently-available version to capture as many of the comments and work that have been carried out on these documents from a wide number of stakeholders.

GutenbergGutenberg The Gutenberg project is the new Editor Interface for WordPress. The editor improves the process and experience of creating new content, making writing rich content much simpler. What can someone new in Marketing help with? The TrelloTrello Project management system using the concepts of boards and cards to organize tasks in a sane way. To date, suggestions have come in through a variety of ways including via Slack, Twitter, directly added to the spreadsheet.

This is a great one for a new person who has been spending time on wordpress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ though. We need all eyes and hands we can get to suggest new pages that should exist but currently don’t. Please let me know if this is of interest and you can spare some time to work on this with us.
