Upload and crop from grid view.

: I want to crop. The crop button is inactive. What do I do? I click and drag in the image hoping to start a selection.

: Crop area selected. The crop button is active. Click it.

: Thumbnail preview not updated. Click Save.

: Image saved. Click “X” to dismiss.

: Back in the media library.

: Media lib. List view. Attempt dragging and dropping an image.

: Drop not handled. Dead end. Browser back history must be used.

Impressions: media-new.php should go away. The media lib list view needs drag and drop and the attachment details modal. Cropping is not at all friendly, especially when the admin menu is open. I usually require a few attempts to successfully crop an image. First I try clicking the inactive crop icon hoping to start selection. Failing that, I try to get a selection going in the image. After accidentally highlighting text on the page a couple times, I start an interior crop and expand it to the edges to avoid text selection. Then I click the crop icon and stare in confusion at a mess. Do I click Save or Update, I wonder.
