We need to work on these items and get some ideas that we can share with the WCAsia Contributor DayContributor Day<\/span> Contributor Days are standalone days, frequently held before or after WordCamps but they can also happen at any time. They are events where people get together to work on various areas of https:\/\/make.wordpress.org\/<\/a> There are many teams that people can participate in, each with a different focus. https:\/\/2017.us.wordcamp.org\/contributor-day\/<\/a> https:\/\/make.wordpress.org\/support\/handbook\/getting-started\/getting-started-at-a-contributor-day\/<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span> team so that they can tell attendees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. How can we make our work more interesting to people so they will come to the table? (We have to do this pre-event)<\/li>
  2. How can we make it rewarding during the event?<\/li>
  3. How can we keep them post event?<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
