As you might know, we have entered WordPress 6.0 release cycle. Important part of
it is going through all TracTrac Trac is the place where contributors create issues
for bugs or feature requests much like GitHub.[https://core.trac.wordpress.org/](https://core.trac.wordpress.org/).
tickets and selecting those for documentation.

There are 3 types of documentation created for release:

 * End user documentation – updates to HelpHub
 * Developer documentation – updates to DevHub
 * Dev notes – published on [#core](https://make.wordpress.org/docs/tag/core/) blog
   and then gathered in release Field Guide

During [last Documentation team meeting](https://make.wordpress.org/docs/2022/03/23/summary-of-docs-team-meeting-march-22-2022/)
attendees showed interest in seeing how this is done so I’ll be doing a live session
in a Zoom call. Everyone is welcome to join.

 * When: **[Friday, March 25, 2022, 15:00 UTC](https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?iso=20220325T1500)**

# 󠀁[@kpdesign has been working day and night to…](https://make.wordpress.org/docs/2014/12/16/kpdesign-has-been-working-day-and-night-to/)󠁿

[@kpdesign](https://profiles.wordpress.org/kpdesign/) has been working day and night
to get the [4.1 version article](https://codex.wordpress.org/Version_4.1) filled
up leading up to this week’s release. She could really use some help getting it
into shape.

In particular, the _Under the Hood_ section could use a bit of work by folks who
have more intimate knowledge of coreCore Core is the set of software required to
run WordPress. The Core Development Team builds WordPress.. These would be people
like [@ipstenu](https://profiles.wordpress.org/ipstenu/), [@sewmyheadon](https://profiles.wordpress.org/sewmyheadon/),
[@dh-shredder](https://profiles.wordpress.org/dh-shredder/), [@boonebgorges](https://profiles.wordpress.org/boonebgorges/)
and others who have helped out in the past.

**If you think you know someone from the core team who could lend a hand, please
please point them this way.**

Some items may also need to simply be reorganized from section to section. Any and
all help would be greatly appreciated.

We’re primarily working off of two checklists:

 * [Core Weekly Posts Checklist](https://make.wordpress.org/docs/release-tasks/4-1/core-weekly-posts-checklist/)
 * [Trac Revision Logs](https://make.wordpress.org/docs/release-tasks/4-1/trac-revision-logs/)

Anything checked off has already been added to the version page in some form, or
skipped for brevity.

# 󠀁[3.6 Master Codex changes list (in progress)](https://make.wordpress.org/docs/2013/05/16/3-6-master-codex-changes-list-in-progress/)󠁿

Since we’re revving up for the 3.6 release and a Codex Sprint, this post will serve
as our “master changes list” for 3.6. This list is by no means complete, so leave
a comment if you feel like something is missing. We’ll update it as we go. If you’ve
completed a todo item, let us know and we’ll check it off for you.
