# [Announcement] New meeting times for the Documentation Team

Currently active Documentation team contributors [voted](https://make.wordpress.org/docs/2025/04/02/proposal-the-documentation-team-meetings-time/)
on meeting times and we have a new set on trial:

 * First Tuesday in a month – Discussion meeting 9-10 AM UTC
 * Second Tuesday in a month – Monthly planning meeting 9-10 AM UTC
 * Third Tuesday in a month – Discussion meeting 2-3 PM UTC
 * Fourth Tuesday in a month – Online Contributor DayContributor Day Contributor
   Days are standalone days, frequently held before or after WordCamps but they 
   can also happen at any time. They are events where people get together to work
   on various areas of [https://make.wordpress.org/](https://make.wordpress.org/)
   There are many teams that people can participate in, each with a different focus.

   9-12 AM UTC
 * Fifth Tuesday in a month – Monthly planning or Discussion meeting, as needed

Please note that these meeting times can and will be changed again if the team finds
them unfit.
