@bph and @milana_cap spend some time thinking through the process on how to collect enough information to gauge scope for documentation needs for a new WordPress version regarding End User Documentation for the Block Block is the abstract term used to describe units of markup that, composed together, form the content or layout of a webpage using the WordPress editor. The idea combines concepts of what in the past may have achieved with shortcodes, custom HTML, and embed discovery into a single consistent API and user experience. Editor. We’ve entered feature freeze for 5.8 today. This means that we can start working on dev notes and other docs. I’m going to post p2 about what’s happening, when and where.
