- Welcome also to @lauramaray as a new contributor.
@atachibana gave an update on the Contents team
- Contents team is migrating and re-routing Codex to Code Reference Hooks In WordPress theme and development, hooks are functions that can be applied to an action or a Filter in WordPress. Actions are functions performed when a certain event occurs in WordPress. Filters allow you to modify certain functions. Arguments used to hook both filters and actions look the same.: 320 of 355 (90.1% from 83.4% the last week). Amazing work from @stevenlinx.

- Gutenberg handbook table of contents is still in progress (https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/28460).
- Plans to merge at the beginning of next week.

Monthly Coffee Break Summary (January 2021)
Summary of Docs Team Virtual Coffee Break: January 2021
Plans for next Coffee Break
@chaion07 suggested that it would be a great idea to give preference to different time zones and more facilitators.
@milana_cap suggested that:
- Write down what is expected from the host and who to contact for possible questions (like we have for facilitating the meeting).
- Try to get the next host promised at the actual break.
Google Season of Docs
@tacitonic reported on the following:
Updates for this week:
- I’m about to complete the final Developer Content section tonight.
- Currently awaiting approval for these articles: External linking, obsolete docs.
- The final item left is the Word list and usage dictionary. This would most likely be a running article and words would be added as and when they are deemed to be important enough.
