Present contributors are actively working on cards assigned to them. ## **To-do-list** Present contributors quickly snapped up reminding To-do items. ## **Open Floor** **Release Date** The proposed release date for v1 of the handbook is on 20 December. We are hoping to release it before WCUS so that the Contributors at contributor dayContributor Day Contributor Days are standalone days, frequently held before or after WordCamps but they can also happen at any time. They are events where people get together to work on various areas of [https://make.wordpress.org/](https://make.wordpress.org/) There are many teams that people can participate in, each with a different focus. It’d affect the Documentation, Theme Review and Support  and Training teams at least All present contributors agreed to finish their outstanding articles by 19 Dec **Next Meeting** The next meeting will happen on the 17th, UTC 03:00 (same time). We will check our readiness to release then. If we are ready or close to being ready, I will the spend the next 2 days collating all the contributors who worked on the articles so we can properly give props to them.
