Agenda for Helphub Meeting 2 August

Hello! So the agenda is out earlier than usual. This is because there are a few things to talk about after I had a detailed discussion with @samuelsidler about Helphub.

We will quickly run through the updates and head on to the project discussions in point 5.

   • Role on Helphub being the front of Support
   • Voting Functionality & how it relates to writing better articles
   • Related Articles probably should just use Jetpack’s functionality
   • Search Box linking to the forums if articles are not found
   • Helphub’s permalink – what it will be on WordPress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/
   • Our use of taxonomies and how to improve on them
   • Possibly linking categories to forum structure
   • Thanking article Contributors
   • Article Last Updated date
   • Working with the Support Team for best alignment of objectives

The meeting is likely going to take the full hour, and if it goes over and we’re nowhere finished, we will continue deliberations on the remaining points in the next meeting.

That being said, this meeting is important and I would love to have full participation.
