# HelpHub Meeting Agenda, Oct. 6: Content Structure

For this week’s HelpHub meeting we’re going to focus on planning the content structure.
Last week we looked at the general design and decided which tools we will be using(
[all those details here](https://make.wordpress.org/docs/handbook/about-the-docs-team/current-docs-projects/helphub/)).

_Note that this meeting is **30 minutes later than usual** (so it will be at 13:
30 UTC) as I am at a conference all day and will only be available from then._

**Meeting focus:** Content structure (although other items will be discussed as 
needed)

 1. **Introducing content planning volunteers**
 2. **Working out user personas**
 3.  * This is critical to understanding how we are going move forward with the structure
       of the content.
 4. **Discussing next steps**
 5. **Open floor**
 6.  * Anything else that needs to be decided at this stage.
