Updates from any specific focuses

GutenbergGutenberg The Gutenberg project is the new Editor Interface for WordPress. The editor improves the process and experience of creating new content, making writing rich content much simpler. It uses ‘blocks’ to add richness rather than shortcodes, custom HTML etc. https://wordpress.org/gutenberg/

@mapk shared that Gutenberg 7.3 was just released. There’s been a lot of improvements such as the Navigation blockBlock Block is the abstract term used to describe units of markup that, composed together, form the content or layout of a webpage using the WordPress editor. The idea combines concepts of what in the past may have achieved with shortcodes, custom HTML, and embed discovery into a single consistent API and user experience., the new Replace Media flow, new full site editing blocks, and a huge performance boost. 

Proposed design focus for the 5.4 release

@karmatosed and @mapk worked on a list of proposed design projects, tickets and issues to focus on for the 5.4 release that is coming up in February. Comments and feedback are welcome. The biggest item in need of design work is the editor, while most of the rest is providing design feedback.
