Design chat summary October 20th

This is the design chat summary on October 20th. (Slack log).

In attendence was @melchoyce, @hugobaeta, @mapk, @celloexpressions, @helen, @iseulde, @mor10 and @azaozz.

We discussed the following:

• #38164: this needed feedback on the last gif. We agreed that it was good if had the styling added.
• #27403: we looked at the finalizing of button and icon toggle. @celloexpressions showed us a screencast. @melchoyce gave some feedback on this.
• #22058: we signed off the gif shown.
• @hugobaeta showed us two tickets that needed input and will create a make post around this so we can get wider input. It would also be great if people added their input in #27159 and #38315. The discussion around this continued after the meeting so worth following along in the archive.

As a final point @iseulde mentioned meetings in #meta around data, using the Tiny MCE buttons as a good example why data is useful for decisions. They are working on an easier way to do this for coreCore Core is the set of software required to run WordPress. The Core Development Team builds WordPress. issues. This is something great for us to all get involved in as means we can create better designs using it.
