Design Chat Agenda for June 9th

Design review before feature plugins merge. There ended up being a last minute design review before merge, for Shiny Updates – props to @michaelarestad for taking it on. That’s not great for feature plugins or us, so lets work out how we can avoid that. Who needs to do the review – does it have to be committer? How can we catch reviews needed and make sure we aren’t a hold up or rushing reviews?
