Announcing the WordPress 7.1 Release Squad

The WordPress 7.1 release squad is officially assembled! This cycle continues the smaller, focused squad roles approach introduced in recent releases, with an emphasis on close collaboration with Make Team Reps to keep contributions and priorities well-represented. While not everyone who volunteered could be included on the squad, every contribution still matters, from testing and triage to documentation and bug scrubs. Together, the community is shaping an exciting WordPress 7.1 release!
