Status Updates

• Gutenberg 16.3.0 is the latest release.
• WordPress 6.3. RC2 was released.
• There is one more RCrelease candidate One of the final stages in the version release cycle, this version signals the potential to be a final release to the public. Also see alpha (beta). scheduled for August 1st 2023. So please do test the RC’s to find any last minute issues and help make this the best WordPress release.
• @bph advises us that the project board for WordPress 6.4 Editor tasks is now open and starts with the issues and PRs punted from 6.3.
• @cbravobernal asks that we highlight the call for testing for the Behaviours and Lightbox implementation. If you have time available to help dive into testing there that will really help.
