Early bug scrub schedule for WP 6.2

With the 6.2 cycle underway, the WordPress CoreCore Core is the set of software required to run WordPress. These “early” tickets need to be committed as soon as possible in the 6.2 development cycle, to give them enough time to be properly tested before the feature freeze on February 7, 2023.
