# Performance Chat Agenda: November 16, 2021

Here is the agenda for this week’s performance team meeting to occur on [November 16 2021, at 15:00 UTC](https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?iso=20211116T1500).

## Focus group projects discussion

Over the current meeting and the next one (November 23), we will allocate 30 minutes
for each focus group to share and discuss their plans with the overall performance
team.

## Weekly meeting time

Currently, our weekly meetings are held at the same time as the JavaScriptJavaScript

One option would be to hold our meetings an hour later, so at 4:00 PM UTC. What
do you think about this?

 4. This is ideal for me as I can’t attend any meeting at the current time (7am PST).

 10. I would love to attend, but both of those times are too late for me.
 11. I could occasionally come at the current time (midnight local), but if it gets
moved an hour later (1am), I can’t do that.

      * Hey Mike, Thanks for commenting. Would love to have your input, perhaps we
should consider a 2nd performance group meeting at a time for APEC friendly.
I wonder how many others might attend at a different time.

         - Thank you! I think it’d be great to have the option to attend, whether it
be for performance in general, or the focus (media/images is what I have
in mind at the moment — this is also scheduled late, although not quite
           as much).
         - I’m happy to help with facilitating or organizing, if that is wanted as
           well.
         - Any meeting time that potentially happens during waking hours is preferred
           to not.
         - I think we could reach out to folks to find out the interest in APAC! I
can think of a couple folks off the top of my head that would probably be
interested. It’s worth noting that feedback isn’t going to be heard within
a meeting that happens when folks are asleep, but we could spread a post
