Bug Scrub Schedule for 5.8

With 5.8 well underway, we’re ready to schedule the 5.8 bugbug A bug is an error or unexpected result. Performance improvements, code optimization, and are considered enhancements, not defects.   • CSSCSS Cascading Style Sheets. Scrub: First Thursday of every month 20:00 UTC in the #core-css channel.
  • Upgade/Install Component: Tuesdays at 17:00 UTC in the #core-auto-update channel.
