I ([@isabel_brison](https://profiles.wordpress.org/isabel_brison/)) facilitated
the meeting.

Following on from last week’s discussion about meeting times and daylight savings
changes, no one expressed a preference so we decided to keep meeting at the same
time relative to UTC.

## CSSCSS Cascading Style Sheets. audit status update

Progress this week was essentially creating tickets:

 * Visual regressionregression A software bug that breaks or degrades something
   that previously worked. Regressions are often treated as critical bugs or [blockers](https://make.wordpress.org/core/2020/03/13/css-chat-summary-12th-march-2020/?output_format=md#blocker).
   Recent regressions may be given higher priorities. A "3.6 regression" would be
   a bug in 3.6 that worked as intended in 3.5. testing: [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/49606](https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/49606)
 * Report outline document: [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/49637](https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/49637)
 * Determine audit methodology: [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/49637](https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/49637)

I also reviewed a ticketticket Created for both bug reports and feature development
on the bug tracker. for removing some `!important`s from the `common.css` file:
