After feature freeze, only bugs are dealt with, with regressions (adverse changes from the previous version) being the highest priority.? Create a ticket in the bug tracker.

I won’t be able to attend the meeting, but one ticketticket Created for both bug reports and feature development on the bug tracker. I’d been thinking about trying to revive for 5.5 is #38900. I have some research to do: It’s been a long time since I looked at the patches, don’t know what its relationship to the blockBlock Block is the abstract term used to describe units of markup that, composed together, form the content or layout of a webpage using the WordPress editor. The idea combines concepts of what in the past may have achieved with shortcodes, custom HTML, and embed discovery into a single consistent API and user experience. editor would be, don’t know whether it’s worth the time in this cycle to find out, etc. But if anyone knows the answer to those questions, I would be interested to learn!

  I’m not up on the latest. I suspect that changesets would somehow be integrated with entity provider constructs in GutenbergGutenberg The Gutenberg project is the new Editor Interface for WordPress. The editor improves the process and experience of creating new content, making writing rich content much simpler. It uses ‘blocks’ to add richness rather than shortcodes, custom HTML etc. https://wordpress.org/gutenberg/.
