Found a bugbug A bug is an error or unexpected result. Performance improvements, code optimization, and are considered enhancements, not defects. After feature freeze, only bugs are dealt with, with regressions (adverse changes from the previous version) being the highest priority.? Create a ticket in the bug tracker.
Want to contribute? Get started quickly with tickets marked as good first bugs for new contributors or join a bug scrub. There’s more on the reports page, like patches needing testing, and on feature projects page.

After feature freeze, only bugs are dealt with, with regressions (adverse changes from the previous version) being the highest priority. scrub scheduled for tomorrow in the US noon to afternoon. Given that’s Thanksgiving, a fair number of Americans will have responsibilities awk — should we move the scrub to Friday?

I think a discussion needs to be had about goals in publishing. WP About page says

Democratize Publishing
The freedom to build. The freedom to change. The freedom to share.

So when I put something on my site, it can be seen in a browser, in an email, in a feed reader. It can be exported and imported into another site, repeatedly. These are all different environments, with JSJS JavaScript, a web scripting language typically executed in the browser. Often used for advanced user interfaces and behaviors. and without, with CSSCSS Cascading Style Sheets. and without.
I am concerned that the trend is toward content that looks good only in a web browser (with JS and CSS) and not good anywhere else.
