The editor improves the process and experience of creating new content, making writing rich content much simpler. • @nerrad: Handling support type requests in the slackSlack Slack is a Collaborative Group Chat Platform https://slack.com/. The WordPress community has its own Slack Channel at https://make.wordpress.org/chat/. #core-editor chat. I notice sometimes they are just getting ignored. Should we start actively directing people to the forums for them now? What ways could we make it more visible that the channel is not the place for general support?
