A refresh for weekly meetings

There is a new time for weekly office hours: Tuesday 16:00 UTC

The agenda for those weekly office hours will look something like this:

Address blockers and share status on bigger initiatives.
Walk through 1-5 multisite focused tickets on TracTrac An open source project by Edgewall Software that serves as a bug tracker and project management tool for WordPress..
