Help with developer.wordpress.org

Hello everyone! Work is continuing on developer.wordpress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ but our team is very small and we’d love to get help from more developers to help us to get it out the door. The full spec is here but in brief it’s a new site with developer resources including a code reference and handbooks. You can see the work in progress here.

Of most interest at the minute, and furthest along, is the code reference which makes use of the work done by the inline docsinline docs (phpdoc, docblock, xref) folks. We’re approaching having a production version ready but we need some help to get it out the door. Here’s what we currently need help with (in order of priority):

1. Testing WP-Parser – instructions on setting it up here.
2. fixing issues with WP-Parser
3. Working on the code reference side of the website
4. Helping to finish off the handbook themes

If any developers would like to get involved we would love to have you. We have a regular meeting on Tuesdays 19:00 UTC in #wordpress-sfd and also a Skype channel I’m happy to add you to. We would love to get this project finished and ready for all of you to use.
