# Dev chat starting now. It’s a 1.5 hour …

Dev chat starting now. It’s a 1.5 hour meeting (typical of scope sessions to be
longer). Join us in [#wordpress-dev](https://make.wordpress.org/core/tag/wordpress-dev/)
on irc.freenode.net.

If you join, read the logs at http://irclogs.wordpress.org, as Jane has outlined
our plan of attack. Also, speak up if you wish to volunteer for a feature, etc.

Comments are now closed on [the ideas post](http://wpdevel.wordpress.com/2010/08/30/at-this-weeks-dev-chat-well-start-t/).
Thanks for all of them.
