For us, this is the team that works on internal WordPress sites like WordCamp Central and Make WordPress.<\/span><\/span><\/span> is working to get the search fast and effective. Until then, use the filtered views we\u2019ve created, or you can also try searching within a tag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documentation is updated:<\/strong> We\u2019ve updated text and screenshots that referred to Help Scout, but if you see anything we\u2019ve missed, please update or flag it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You can use old Help Scout links to find conversations in FreeScout<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Finding &amp; Using the Conversation ID:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grab the conversation ID from the old link.
