Create a copy of the English document from the “File > Make a copy” menu. 2. Translate the new file. _Optionally, you can use the “Translate document” tool of Google Docs (not available on other formats such as Google Slides). Please note this will create a new document._ 3. Share the link to the translated documents with your fellow translators 4.
