- MentorEvent Supporter Event Supporter (formerly Mentor) is someone who has already organised a WordCamp and has time to meet with their assigned mentee every 2 weeks, they talk over where they should be in their timeline, help them to identify their issues, and also identify solutions for their issues. is not empty
- The automation “Add students to Students Reports and Feedback” creates a record for the student in ‘Students Reports’ and ‘Feedback’.
- The automation “Email – [EN] – Self-onboarding Student Welcome Email” sends the welcome email only to the student. That email includes step-by-step instructions to start and their personal link to complete their Student Reports table (here are the animated instructions on how that works with Fillout from the student point of view).
Step 2: Contact with their mentor
When these conditions are met:
- Full Name is not empty
- Email is not empty
- Educational Institutions is not empty
- Status is In Sensei Self-onboarding
- Mentor is not empty
