These are the last onboarding steps:

## 󠀁[Step 1: Welcome Email to the Course](https://make.wordpress.org/community/handbook/education/credits/program-manager-guide/students-management/student-onboarding-all/?output_format=md#step-1-welcome-email-to-the-course)󠁿

When the student in the “Students” table match these conditions:

 1. **Full Name** is not empty
 2. **Email** is not empty
 3. **Educational** Institutions is not empty
 4. **MentorEvent Supporter Event Supporter (formerly Mentor) is someone who has already
    organised a WordCamp and has time to meet with their assigned mentee every 2 weeks,
    they talk over where they should be in their timeline, help them to identify their
    issues, and also identify solutions for their issues.** is not empty
 5. **Status** is **In Sensei, In Sensei 50h, Designer Trak, Dev Track.**

 * The automation [“NEW: Add students to Students Reports and Feedback”](https://airtable.com/appIzQKfwTn5dyPVp/wflqFOhKoebtwGz3m)
   checks:
    1. **If** the link-record fields ‘**Students Reports**‘ **and** ‘**Feedback**‘ 
       are empty, it creates a row for the student in each table (Students Reports 
       and Feedback) with the following data:
    2.  a. Name
        b. Email
        c. Mentor
        d. Status
        e. Institution
        f. ‘Student’ link-record field with the origina ID row from the Students table.
           This triggers the creation of a reciprocal link to these rows in the ‘Students’
           table fields: ‘Students Reports’ and ‘Feedback’ respectively, what will eliminate
           the creation of a new row for those students in the future.
    3. **Else if** the link-record field ‘**Students Reports**‘ is empty, create the
       Students Reports row only.
    4. **Else if** the link-record field ‘**Feedback**‘ is empty, create the Feedback
       row only.
 * Depending on the status assigned:
    - **In Sensei:** The automation [“Email – [EN] – Student Welcome Email”](https://airtable.com/appIzQKfwTn5dyPVp/wflFkVNm8tTIBZ839)
      sends the welcome email with the mentor in copy. That email includes step-
      by-step instructions to start and their personal link to complete their Student
      Reports table (here are the [animated instructions on how that works with Fillout from the student point of view](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1mc1oNe-IGzzGUTPF4SjvWp_1QK6pgttGt9mRdxQ4P-8/edit?tab=t.0)).
       * With the exception of **Univerdad Fidelitas**, because they don’t need 
         this welcome email).
    - **In Sensei 50h:** The automation [“Email – [EN] – 50h Student Welcome Email”](https://airtable.com/appIzQKfwTn5dyPVp/wflzQyJJbzZITjcdF)
      sends the welcome email with the mentor in copy. That email includes step-
      by-step instructions to start and their personal link to complete their Student
      Reports table (here are the [animated instructions on how that works with Fillout from the student point of view](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1mc1oNe-IGzzGUTPF4SjvWp_1QK6pgttGt9mRdxQ4P-8/edit?tab=t.0)).
    - **Dev Track:** The automations [“Email – [EN] – Student Welcome Email – Dev Track”](https://airtable.com/appIzQKfwTn5dyPVp/wflFkVNm8tTIBZ839)
      sends the welcome email with the mentor in copy.
    - **Designer Track:** The automations [“Email – [EN] – Designer Track Student Welcome Email”](https://airtable.com/appIzQKfwTn5dyPVp/wflrHiR9zU2W3hs35)
      sends the welcome email with the mentor in copy.
