## 󠀁[STEP 2 – Follow up](https://make.wordpress.org/community/handbook/education/credits/program-manager-guide/sponsors/sponsor-onboarding/?output_format=md#step-2-follow-up)󠁿

### 󠀁[Option 1.1, 1.2 & 2](https://make.wordpress.org/community/handbook/education/credits/program-manager-guide/sponsors/sponsor-onboarding/?output_format=md#option-1-1-1-2-2)󠁿

They don’t need email follow up.

### 󠀁[Option 3 & 4: Include tools or services](https://make.wordpress.org/community/handbook/education/credits/program-manager-guide/sponsors/sponsor-onboarding/?output_format=md#option-3-4-include-tools-or-services)󠁿

 * Check that the offer is legit:
 * It is **useful** for our students
 * It is a **free** service to students that otherwise would be paid.
 * In case of doubts, check with the admin team or just inform them if the decision
   is clear.

If it is legit, reply to them with the positive answer and update the following **
only after the mentors has become active**:

 * The offer description table of the last lesson of the onboarding module ([create your website](https://learn.wordpress.org/lesson/create-your-personal-website/)).
 * The offer description table of the [course main page](https://learn.wordpress.org/course/wordpress-credits/)
   and [handbook main page](https://make.wordpress.org/community/handbook/education/credits/).
 * The logo in the sponsors area of the [course main page](https://learn.wordpress.org/course/wordpress-credits/),
   [handbook main page](https://make.wordpress.org/community/handbook/education/credits/),
and the [official website](https://wordpress.org/education/credits/) (for now
this should be asked to Isotta Peira, Francesco Di Candia, Maciej Pilarski or
   Celi Garoe).

If it is not legit, reply explaining the negative answer regarding the tools, giving
them the chance to improve their offer if they wish and follow their reply back.

The first time you reply to these options, please save the reply as a template for
future use in Helpscout.

### 󠀁[Option 5: Other](https://make.wordpress.org/community/handbook/education/credits/program-manager-guide/sponsors/sponsor-onboarding/?output_format=md#option-5-other)󠁿

 * Inform the admin team
 * Reply accordingly after the decision is taken.

The first time you reply to this option, please save the reply as a template for
future use in Helpscout.

### 󠀁[For all options](https://make.wordpress.org/community/handbook/education/credits/program-manager-guide/sponsors/sponsor-onboarding/?output_format=md#for-all-options)󠁿

 * Once every month (or more), check the sponsorship of active Mentors in [this table](https://airtable.com/appIzQKfwTn5dyPVp/tblJmEYgBWYxVuzUw/viwm4YxC7PNUSOXOc?blocks=hide)
and add their logo to the sponsors area of the [course main page](https://learn.wordpress.org/course/wordpress-credits/),
   [handbook main page](https://make.wordpress.org/community/handbook/education/credits/),
and [the official website](https://wordpress.org/education/credits/) (for now
this should be asked to Isotta Peira every Thursday or sooner in the week).
 * If a sponsored mentor is not active anymore and their logo is still present (
without other mentors being sponsorship by the same company), please remove the
logo from the sponsors area of the [course main page](https://learn.wordpress.org/course/wordpress-credits/),
   [handbook main page](https://make.wordpress.org/community/handbook/education/credits/),
and the [official website](https://wordpress.org/education/credits/) (for now
this should be asked to Isotta Peira, Francesco Di Candia, Maciej Pilarski or
