an already active institution, the student can complete [this form](https://airtable.com/appIzQKfwTn5dyPVp/shr6Gf1mMMEAxevw4).

After that:

 * The form sends an email to education@wordpressfoundation.org with the data from
   the submission.
 * Maciej tries to contact and talk with the student to try to understand if there
   is the possibility of a collaboration with the institution.
 * If the student does not reply or set up a meeting with him, Maciej can manually
   trigger the next step.

 * The automation ‘[Student status in institutions table](https://airtable.com/appIzQKfwTn5dyPVp/wflhyt8hjHJSlR61Y)‘
   sends an email to the student.
