Let the requester know shipment has been arranged.
To send camera kits from a WordCamp that has just been completed to another one within the US, we can create a label for the shipment. The camera kits will be shipped via FedEx.
Send a message to support@wordcamp.org with the sender’s information, destination, and total weight of the camera kits.
Send the label to the sender.
Ask the Program Managers if you need further assistance.
Please use the same process if the return label is missing or incorrect.
The process is the same as in the U.S. However, since we cannot create labels for shipping packages within or from Canada, the camera kits need to be taken to the nearest FedEx outlet or arranged to be picked up. You will need to provide the following account number #2022-4289-5. If FedEx requires any confirmation, please call Nick Hamze at 1.605.254.3058.
