Hosting the Community Team Chat
Any Program Supporter can host the Community Team Chats! The format generally goes like this:
Mark the start of the meeting with a greeting.
Ask deputiesProgram SupporterCommunity Program Supporters (formerly Deputies) are a team of people worldwide who review WordCamp and Meetup applications, interview lead organizers, and keep things moving at WordCamp Central. Find more about program supporters in our Program Supporter Handbook. to check-in by telling us what they’re working on, how things are going, if they have anything blocking their progress, and how other deputies can help.
Refer to the agenda that is posted on Make/Community a few days before the chat, post the relevant links, and allow for discussion.
Highlight any open P2P2P2 or O2 is the term people use to refer to the Make WordPress blog. It can be found at https://make.wordpress.org/. posts that are in need of feedback, and/or posts that deputies should be aware of.
If there is time, open discussion on other topics that may come up.
Close the meeting.
It is generally a good practice to try to keep the conversation moving in the interest of time. If heated debates start to happen and/or a discussion goes on too long, guide folks to post/comment on the P2 for further discussion.

This way we can stay on-track but also move at a pace with which people feel comfortable. I’ll do my best to gauge when when it seems the majority have reacted based on how many are here.
