The following tables show the availability for group orientations, for each orientation type. Please click on the slot that suits you best to open the booking page. All slot times are currently in UTC, they will convert to the equivalent local time on the booking page.

WordCampWordCampWordCamps are casual, locally-organized conferences covering everything related to WordPress. They're one of the places where the WordPress community comes together to teach one another what they’ve learned throughout the year and share the joy. Event SupporterEvent SupporterEvent Supporter (formerly Mentor) is someone who has already organised a WordCamp and has time to meet with their assigned mentee every 2 weeks, they talk over where they should be in their timeline, help them to identify their issues, and also identify solutions for their issues. Program SupporterProgram SupporterCommunity Program Supporters (formerly Deputies) are a team of people worldwide who review WordCamp and Meetup applications, interview lead organizers, and keep things moving at WordCamp Central. All event and community team applicants who have successfully filled out an application that has been reviewed and moved to the next step. If the application review has a favorable outcome, the applicant will receive an email with an invitation to book a group orientation with a community supporter.
In the invitation email, a link will redirect the applicant to the Orientation Calendar handbook page, where they can choose the slot that best suits them.
All slots are connected to the supporter’s Calendly booking page, so applicants can confirm their attendance by selecting the day and time, filling in the required information, and clicking on the Schedule Event button.
After confirming a slot, both the applicant and the supporter will receive a confirmation email.
