Here’s the list of things we need to do when a supporter confirms that they are not active anymore. If you are assisting with changing the supporter to inactive, please Communicate with the supporter about removing access chat or a discussion, before starting the process. Once confirmed, follow the following procedure:
Remove access to all Inboxes of Help Scout for that supporter
Remove the supporter from the @deputies group in Making WP SlackSlackSlack is a Collaborative Group Chat Platform https://slack.com/. The WordPress community has its own Slack Channel at https://make.wordpress.org/chat/.
Remove the supporter’s access to the MeetupMeetupMeetup groups are locally-organized groups that get together for face-to-face events on a regular basis (commonly once a month). They're one of the places where the WordPress community comes together to teach one another what they’ve learned throughout the year and share the joy.
