2-3 Months Before the Event

Additionally, having multiple table leads is beneficial, so even if a Rep can attend, it’s advisable to find another person to co-lead the table. This approach is helpful because sometimes there are many people at the table with different goals or levels of involvement, and working in smaller groups with someone responsible for each group tends to be much more effective.

2 Months – 1 Month Before the Event

- If any suggested topics require a lead, call for volunteers via relevant channels or approach individuals directly.
2 Week Before the Event

- Share the agenda with everyone to ensure clarity on the day’s activities.
