We use the same agenda for both meetings. ## Check-ins: DeputiesProgram Supporter Community Program Supporters (formerly Deputies) are a team of people worldwide who review WordCamp and Meetup applications, interview lead organizers, and keep things moving at WordCamp Central. If you have any thoughts, concerns, or questions, let them know! We will try this new structure for a year (based on the [Proposal for Reps Structure](https://make.wordpress.org/community/2023/10/13/2024-community-team-reps-nominations-and-proposal-for-reps-structure/)), and since two years is a long time, we decided on a four-person structure to allow for departures along the way. * [Reminder: Annual Meetup Survey](https://make.wordpress.org/community/2023/12/19/reminder-annual-meetup-survey/)– The deadline for the MeetupMeetup Meetup groups are locally-organized groups that get together for face-to-face events on a regular basis (commonly once a month).
